We are clearing out some of my wife’s patterns that she has collected over the years. This is the: Wichelt Imports, Inc. “Chippendale NC177” by Nora Corbett cross stitch pattern . The pattern is original, not a reprint and has a 2015, 2021 copyright date. The patterns is listed as used even though the back seal is unbroken. Please see pictures. We have a smoke-free, pet free home. Since others have asked, she does not “tick” or “mark” her patterns. There are other sellers listing the same pattern more than we are offering. We are offering our patterns to clear out some of the inventory and to get them to those that will actually use them. She has no time to devote to cross-stitch and wants to get rid of the patterns she won’t ever complete. While we have listed a lot of patterns, we are not a business. She has been collecting these for over 20-years. We will send this USPS for free. US only, please.
