The Mug had a crack in the handle and looked like it had been glued. I immediately sent a message to Hobby 2 Treasures with a picture of the mug. They said they were very sorry they had missed this when packaging this item. They immediately issued me a refund and told me not to return the mug. I was very pleased with the way they handled this.
