The pestal arrived with a large chunk broken off the end due to inadequate packaging, the ends were not covered so it slipped out of the packing material within the box during shipping. I have received 9 others of these and none arrived broken. Contacted the seller who sympathized and told me to contact shipper. Could have saved me hassle if it was better wrapped for shipping.
