I'm giving neutral feedback because seller was unable to ship in a timely manner then sent it anyway after a cancelation request was made. 9/30 purchased made. 10/4 shipping lable created. 10/7 post office still didn't have the package. I asked to cancel. 10/8 instead of honoring my request to cancel they sent it anyway issuing a note that I would receive a full refund if I sent it back. 10/15 finally received. Feedback would be different if seller comunicated shipping delay in the beginning.

Beautiful item and seller has great communication when she does reply - but the packaging was poor for the price of the candelabra and not adequate for the fragile nature of the item and the candelabra was damaged and bent in shipping. It was essentially wrapped in paper(a leg of the candelabra was sticking out through). Should have been boxed. Not good for a trip from California to Maine. I was able to straighten it out and repair but rivets are loose. No word back from the seller yet…

I love my yarn! It came super quickly & the seller was really communicative! (small note: the way the yarn was packaged probably made it cheaper to ship, which I appreciate! But it also compressed the fibers. This works well for me because I’m working from pattern that calls for DK weight yarn & this is bulky, but you might find in the future that customers will be upset)
