This is a fun novelty mechanical Santa Claus plastic figurine made by Alps from Japan. Very mid century modern and has a very unique wind up feature that makes him nod his head. He's quite old so he doesn't move very fast but it's so fun to watch and know that even after 50 plus years he still works. A great addition to any vintage toy collection or any holiday decor in a MCM home. He's in good vintage condition with some signs of wear and missing paint.
