Product is as described, packaging was excellent, but two cup handles were broken. Shipping was fine, box was intact with no tears or dents. The value was fair, but not good considering these are newer corning products. One of the stickers on the bottom of the cup shows it was made in Taiwan, and not in the U.S. like the old corning. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. The seller is good, I would use them again.

Items came extremely carefully packaged so nothing would get broken during shipping. Items were just as advertised except for 2 very small chips that I don't remember reading about. Still would have bought them either way. Appreciate how careful and thorough this seller was. Will definitely consider buying them them again.

Lovely as described tea set. Was a bit concerned when it arrived things were clanking around in box before I opened it, was concerned that items may have broken. Luckily not. I suggest future packaging to secure the contents inside the box more snug. Overall, very happy with purchase
