The plates were packed really well and arrived in perfect condition. The post office lost track of the package for several days after receiving it at their facility, so it was not the seller's fault. They promptly communicated with me and kept checking with the post office. Since it is the week before Christmas, I feel lucky that I got them. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and would buy from this seller again.
