This is a bronze figure and it was packed correctly. It's fantastic. Much more beautiful than illustrated. There were enough views of the dancer in the listing in order to see 360 degrees' worth, which was necessary for my decision-making, as for me, this price was high. But it was really, really worth it. It came in a timely manner. Sorry, I don't remember communication w/ the seller. I'm still recovering from pneumonia.
