Mug was packaged extremely well and arrived on time. Seller was upfront about a crack on the mug that had not been noted prior to sale. I was given an option to cancel or accept at a lower price, which is what I did. Since I just intend to display the mug rather than use it, the crack isn’t noticeable. Refund issued promptly for the discounted price. I would buy from this seller again.

Item was as described & shipped in a box to prevent damage. Bought 2 separate items at the same time because they were the last ones available & messaged the seller if he would combine shipping after I had already purchased them.
