Item arrived quickly and looked exactly as pictured. Packing was secure, nothing breakable so not concerned, and the envelop was water tight so no worries about it being left in the rain by the delivery service. The fleece is super soft and the printing looks great, back is plain white and nothing bleeds through. Colors are vivid and text is clear. I did not opt to have any personalization, but I am still excited that it will make a wonderful present for the person I was shopping for.

Item was of good quality and exactly what I wanted. However, the communication with the seller was up and down. One second my item would be very late, the next it would arrive on time. The item wound up arriving well past the projected date.
