The item came wrapped in plastic covering but unfortunately, the lids weren't on tight or the postal service really jostled it because shampoo leaked everywhere. I reached out to the seller looking to get a swap. Instead, I was offered a refund and was not required to send the product back. They stated they just wanted me to be 100% satisfied. More companies should be this awesome.
