I've met some wonderful people on eBay, but this seller just set a new high bar. WOW, unbelievable customer service. We'd found some old RH bookshelves second hand that I'd always loved but would never have paid full price for—though I was curious what they cost initially. I sent an email, but then took a guess and just ordered what I thought would be the right year. To my surprise, the seller actually found them and sent the right catalog instead. WHAT??? I mean, WOW. Beautiful human being. TY!
