There was an issue with my order upon receipt. However, I contacted the seller and he responded immediately and processed my return. A prepaid return label was provided, and I dropped my item off at USPS. Once my order was returned, I was fully refunded for the original purchase price. The seller was in communication with me through the entire process and very apologetic for the issue. This experience would not deter me from purchasing from this seller again if I found an item I wanted.

I had a great experience with this seller after I received a damaged jacket. It was delaminated pretty bad on the inside of the jacket.
