Wind up santa. Does wind up, however, the toy rolls around in a circle about a foot or so in diameter. The handle bar was bent at some point. I did not try to bend back into place. This is a good display but if you wanted to roll straight this is for repair. Shows scratches scuffs etc. Weighs 3.4 oz. Will ship this USPS ground advantage Thanks
