Perfect transaction — item was packed well, shipped promptly and is exactly as pictured and described. Item is a Coach handbag and the leather was a bit too dry when received, probably from having not been used daily as Coach leatherware is intended to be, but a little bit of leather conditioning cream revived it nicely. I expect to use and love this bag for decades.

the plane was very nicely packed and arrived when expected. The description of the item could have been better as it was described as "plane comes apart in two parts" which sounds like it can be disassembled into two pieces, but actually the plane is in two pieces as clip or whatever attaches the wing to the fuselage is missing.

The item arrived on time and it was very well packaged. Item was as described, new in box. While I love the product, the price was a little high, but the scent is wonderful. I will definitely consider ordering more of this product.
