Seller is a gem. The item I received was shipped very promptly and packaged well. Unfortunately, it was a different color than described. (This china comes in diff colors.) As it was a gift to an elderly woman, I did not feel comfortable asking her to box it up and go to the post office, etc. so I could receive a return/refund.
