When I received this beautiful item, although very carefully packed and packaged, it arrived with two major cracks. When I reached out to the seller to let them know, I am very pleased to say that they immediately refunded the cost of my purchase. Although disappointed with the cracked Item, I am very, very happy with the response of the seller. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

Very happy to find these plates. They were just as described. They were packed by a pro that used all recyclable materials that went in the recycle bin. The cost of shipping was very reasonable considering the expert packing. They were shipped in a timely matter. I couldn't think of anything that would make this experience more pleasant.
