International parcel arrived with much damage, requiring additional packaging tape added during delivery. No internal packaging to protect the ukulele which was housed in a separate box. This just floated freely around the outer larger damaged box. Very disappointing considering the damage which could have occurred. Fortunately, my uke was undamaged on opening but maybe a lesson for future international sales requiring long delivery.

Item was delivered today Sunday April 6th 2025. Packaging was not great but arrived in good condition. Carrier left package at my driveway gate. No plastic bags were used although it had been raining for 3 days prior.

Chandelier arrived well packaged and in record time! Am waiting for my “handyman” to install it, so I haven’t removed it from the box yet. I’m certain it will be exactly as ordered. Thank you. Candace
