This item is in good condition. The arm for the girl does come off and could be glued on. The lights on the tree go on and off with the music. The tree light did not work at first for me, so it may be the batteries need to be in the unit in a certain way. It has been working the last few times I tested. The children do move when the music is playing. There is some paint wear as shown. This item comes from a smoke-free home. No batteries included.
