I m not certain what happened with this order. I searched for DoTerra s White Fir Essential Oil and it came up on ebay. I thought I ordered it on ebay but what arrived, and what was listed in my confirmation was Arborvitae, whose aroma is nothing like White Fir. I let them know and a refund was issued quite quickly, which was very kind. I found the process easy and really appreciate the resolution as I don t have a lot of disposible income.
