I ordered several helmets from this seller. Overall, I’m very satisfied. The shipping was super fast, and 3 out of the 2 helmets were very well packed in boxes with extra space and inflatable bags. This particular helmet was packed without extra space, and the box inside got damaged during shipping. However, everything is intact. I’m happy with the purchase and the service!

Had an issue where USPS delivered my order to the wrong address. It never ended up showing up but seller promptly addressed the issue. Filed the claim. Long story short I finally got what I ordered. Professional and willing to help make the situation right even though they weren’t the ones at fault. Would buy from this seller again.
