I've used this seller before and they've always been great, but not as good this time. The CD was brand new and sealed as advertised, but it wasn't advertised as being a thin cardboard sleeve instead of jewel case, which I wouldn't have paid £14 for if I knew. Also, the packaging wasn't suitable in this case, a thin plastic envelope offers no protection in the mail and the CD arrived with damage to the back of the sleeve. Please use appropriate packaging in future. Otherwise all good.

The quality and condition of the item was as described if not better than the listing said. The appearance was amazing and very good value too. The postage and packing was very good too and more than adequate to keep the item safe till it arrived safely with no issues.
