OK transaction. Item as described. Shipping cost a bit high. I offered to pay 1/2 price of the $35 ($17.50) because the spout on the creamer was chipped. Seller responded with a counter-offer of $22. I responded with a counter-offer of $20. Seller responded with a counter-offer of $30! I responded, expressing surprise that the seller had suddenly raised their counter-offer a lot, and suggesting that I would agree to the $22 that the seller had previously offered. Seller held to $30. It was odd.
