Due to the holidays, our package was delivered by FedEx somewhere else. I wrote Andreas Antiques for assistance on Christmas and they immediately responded. They had true care and empathy for our potential loss. They also helped open a case for me with FedEx and kept in communication with me through 12/27 when FedEx must have got the package from the wrong delivery address and dropped it off today. My package was shipped the very next day and got to me so fast! When it arrived, it was so huge I thought I had ordered something my mistake. As it turns out, it was huge because each piece was packaged so delicately and professionally, twice in bubble wrap and also with packing peanuts! Dishes were in impeccable condition, and exactly as described and pictured. I was worried about shipping because they are so fragile, but the seller packaged these so well, as soon as I opened the box I knew if there is any breakage, it isn't going to be her fault. I've only pulled out a couple of pieces (still at the office), but I'm so in love with them already!
