Item arrived a smidge later than originally specified, but given the holidays it was still much earlier than I expected. Every part of the order was packed with care and arrived exactly as described by the seller. Though the item was a bit wet from the rain, the item arrived clean and looked as if it had not been used previously, despite the item being listed as Used. Upon set-up, Keurig works perfectly, and I would be surprised to find that anyone had used it at all. 10/10
