When you buy pastels, it goes with the territory that when they are shipped, you’ll get a few that will arrive broken and who cares? Because they still work just fine. Items came intake, however, only some bubble wrap. Box was a bit damage, luckily nothing broke, Could have used more firmer packing, just in case it dropped or was mis-handled by PO. I do love the dishes, and happy all worked out well.
