Shoes were in great condition even though the box was not in great shape. Box wrapped several times in heavy duty paper, which helped serve as protection against damage to item. Delivery was fast. The shoes are very cute. I ordered 2 sizes in case one size didn't fit. Now I have to send the other one back at my expense. I really didn't get any communication from the seller. I received the shoes and they were just as described. Would buy from this seller again.
