My experience with the seller was positive but I have to say I absolutely hate this necklace and am too embarrassed to even gift it to anyone. I had recently purchased a few pieces of Susan Shaws and I have collected jewelry for 54 years, however I will never purchase another Susan Shaw piece. This by far is the cheapest looking piece I ever purchased and I only have myself to blame for not looking more closely at the photos. I'm so mad at myself!
