The USPS took a long time to get this package from California to Indiana with no updates at any point in the journey. When I contacted the seller to check in, they were incredibly nice and said they would hold back a second item they had in the same size...just in case the post office had lost the package. Thankfully the package turned up -- just much later than expected. This was not the fault of the seller, at all. It was packaged well and arrived in good condition.

FOGS Online is a highly professional seller who made my eBay experience sheer pleasure. My etui is exactly as described, btw: in pristine shape. If I could give FOGS 11/10, I would -- but that's mathematically improbable. Just count me as a fully satisfied customer.

I can't say enough about the purchase I made from fogs. The RARE Lenox Eternal Christmas Coffee Pot was described perfectly. Like new condition. Actually mint condition. The sugar and creamer also was mint condition. The items were extremely well packaged. Great communication. Great pricing. Great shipping from California to South Carolina!!!
