So far I am very happy with both my purchase and this seller. Not only did they ship out quickly, the items were packaged really well! I am very excited to add a few more cat gachapon to my collection. There was one item in my order that was accidentally sent out incorrect, and was not the item I ordered, but within Minuets of contacting the seller they replied with a refund for that item. The usagi figure arrived on time and without issue. It was in perfect condition, brand new and the appearance was as described. I was a little disappointed it did not include the original figure box, but it was in the sealed original plastic packaging so it’s alright.
