Thank you for the Vintage Japanese Celadon Porcelain Vase Lamp with 2 Handles & 2 Dragons. Both boxes for the lamp and lamp shade arrived safely in the mail. The seller communicated there was an unexpected additional shipping cost due to the heaviness, size & distance to ship the lamp & lamp shade out of state but, decided it would be worth the extra cost to ensure safe delivery. Wasn't disappointed because the lamp is beautiful and exceeded expectations. Great communication. Wonderful seller!

Perfect quality -- new with pristine box. Exactly as described and pictured. Happy customer. My item was protected by a second cardboard box and plastic wrap. I was delighted by the care the seller put into shipping, since it was raining when it was delivered. As a result, it arrived brand new, as if I had purchased directly from the store. Item was as described.. but packaging was not good considering the $4.89 charge. Item was shipped in a used Amazon paper envelope and arrived with a cracked cd case. Not sure if the item was that way before or after shipping. Poor packaging for this type of item.
