Seller was prompt to mail - BUT - USPS FAILED in getting it here to me, the buyer - NO FAULT WHAT-SO-EVER of the seller. Package made a LONG trip in "a loop" fashion - went "back NORTH", when it was supposed to be sent to next facility "SOUTHward". New AI system not working properly to get the mail through to entire US!!!!! However, having taken 16 whole days to reach me, the item is lovely. Seller receives a BIG POSITIVE, and I would recommend to others. Shipping price/packaging? GREAT!
