The plates arrived in great condition, and exactly as described. The shipping cost seemed a little high given that I'd also ordered 3 13" platters from another seller and the cost was $4 less, but there was a lot of recycle-required packing material used, a lot, I mean a lot, so perhaps that added to the cost of shipping (recycle issue for me, though). The value was reasonable and the plates looked new. I'd likely buy from this seller again....

The shoes arrived in good condition in good packaging and in a reasonable shipping time, as described and at a fair price. Unfortunately the size difference was an issue, they were too long for my feet, although in the same US size, probably due it being a foreign brand and hence the size difference in how they were manufactured. Sending them back for a refund was easy and seller made good on the refund.
