My new Lenox Garden Collection "Eastern Kingbird is just beautiful! It was exactly as described & pictured, very good price & shipping cost, and arrived much earlier than expected. The packaging was excellent as well. Unfortunately USPS has been breaking A LOT of items lately, so 1 brance was broken off. Even though it was clearly not seller's fault, they immediately issued a full refund of all charges, and apologized. I would certainly purchase from them again, and highly recommend! A+

Item received was exactly as described. It was used so I did not expect it to be perfect, but it was slightly damaged but still usable. Seller stated the chips for the game were still in original new packaging. I do not beleive that was true. The packaging was done by somebody else. Original box had some damage (torn corners) which I fixed with packaging tape.

The Lenox Annual Holiday Plate is exactly as described. It is beautiful and in perfect condition. The price was great for a very high quality piece which looks brand new even though it is technically used. Super fast shipping at a reasonable price and the plate was very well packed. I highly recommend this seller!
