Although there was a mix-up with the item I received, I contacted the seller who immediately responded and was a pure delight to work with on this issue. I don't have time to return items at the seller's mistake (nor the money) this seller NEVER even mentioned anything of that sort! She was accountable for her error and is sending the correct item and allowing me to donate the incorrect item. That's customer service!!!! A+++++ Seller!!! I will purchase from this seller again!

The photos online did not show just how pretty these earrings are. They are listed as used but look brand new. The shipping was free. I used the "make an offer" option and it was accepted; good value. The packaging was the best I have seen in a while. It was wrapped in ebay tissue paper, which I didn't know existed, inside a nice sturdy box. The box was then in a plastic mailer. This seller is marked as a favorite.
