Unfortunately, the shipping carrier did not do their job well and unfortunately the mug which was looked like it was packed appropriately by seller. The mug was shattered in the process which stinks but the seller is top notch five stars for quick response. The seller graciously let me keep the plate and refunded me in full for the shattered mug. Highly recommend any purchase from this seller, everything handled with integrity and honor
