Item price and shipping cost was fair. Vendor was personable and shipping was timely. Unfortunately, it was inadequately wrapped and was damaged during shipping. The item is a beautiful plaster plaque which I wanted for my kitchen. It should have been wrapped in cushioned plastic, and placed in a box using styrofoam. It was sent in an envelope and arrived cracked. Vendor immediately issued a full refund.
