Seller was a delight to deal with. She shipped the day after order was submitted and even offered an unnecessary apology when the plates, which were suppose to arrive on Dec 23, arrived after Christmas. Wasn't her fault that it took nine days for an 11 hour trip. Packing was very secure and the ten glass plates arrived in pristine condition. Would recommend seller without reservation.
