As described, this very beautiful and rare collector's rooster looks like new. It arrived safe and sound. The rooster was heavily wrapped in bubble wrap and packing paper and placed in a box within a box. The shipping was very fast. The seller went out of their way to ship it FedEx. My local post office can't be trusted. Their communication was great, they kept me informed about the status of my packages. I can't thank them enough. This rooster will be a prize piece in my collection. THANK YOU.

The plates arrived very well packed and in great condition, just as described. There was a mix-up with one of the salad plates, where the wrong pattern was sent, but the seller was quick to respond and sent the correct plate promptly, well packaged, and at no additional cost. Thank you!

Items as described. I was hesitant as to packaging and shipping breakable items such as these, but all were packed extremely well with extra paper and bubble wrap and shipped with multiple 'breakable' stickers, so I was confident opening as to the condition. Shipping was fast. Thank you!
