The seller packaged my item with great care. There were multiple stickers on the box warning of a fragile item. The package was delayed in shipping and must have been tossed around many times. When it arrived, it was seriously broken. I thought I could repair it but it was in too many tiny pieces. I contacted the seller and was told she would refund my money. She did.
