Packaging was an 11 out of 10. Great care was taken to ensure the glasses arrived unharmed. As described. Shipping was within the dates given. My husband has protected and loved the last glass of our set for at least 2 years. These two additions are priceless to him.

Packed perfectly, however, box was damaged, but Cross was not. Sturdy & solid Waterford Cross. Heaviest base of any Waterford Cross I have in my collection. Picture and description were accurate. Happy with the seller. Fair & reasonable price.
