Item was received in great shape, new condition quality great. It was packaged very well and shipped fast. Item was as described and pictured. Great price for item. I was contacted as to when the Item would be shipped which is not normally on other items I have ordered. Seller went beyond what was expected. It's looks better than pictured. Shipping is high right now so I don't it is fair to give a star off for that as nothing the buyer could do about that.

Seller was great to communicate with, they even provided pictures of the items before I placed an order upon request. The shipment time was amazing! I was a little scared about these little guys getting broken during shipment however upon opening the package I could tell it was wrapped with care. Each bunny was wrapped separately with tons of bubble wrap and tissue paper. Upon unwrapping the bunnies they were exactly as described!! Super Impressed!!
