Excellent, friendly, quick, communication from seller. Fragile, old item was packaged well, lots of bubble wrap but think a screw came loose in shipping, caused damage. Just an unfortunate accident. I contacted right away & sent pictures. Seller made refund process easy and quick. Recommend seller & would buy from again, even included a necklace charm so, at least had that as consolation. ;-)

I've NEVER had anything packaged as well as these plates. And they're in beautiful condition, exactly as advertised. Shipping six plates across the country has the potential for disaster, but this packaging ensured everything was perfect upon arrival. THANK YOU!!! Excellent seller, A+++!
