Well packaged, exactly as described, and arrived on time. The price was somewhat higher than other sellers for the exact same thing, but I didn't know that when I ordered. Still, it was a fair price and they had 8 of them which helps a lot since I'm collecting 24-32. Overall, I am very pleased.

Had to change shipping address which meant the order had to be canceled and the item re-listed. When it got re-listed the seller put the original price he had listed which was more than what I had bought it for. The seller refunded the difference without needing to be asked.
