Shipping was fast and product was in great condition except for the smell. The shipping box, packaging and product smelled of cigarettes that I had to immediately throw out the product box and packaging. I had to wash the product before I could bring it inside. Inside the product box was smooshed dead spiders too. I appreciate the fast shipping, but make sure other items are not in a smoking environment, it will absorb and be brought to other people’s homes.

Plates were as described, one was chipped although packaging was very strong, “Fragile” taped many areas. Refund was quickly completed towards one plate. Definitely would use again …
