This item ended up not being up to seller's satisfaction before shipping and refunded purchase & shipping within hours of the purchase with a very heartfelt apology and explanation. I was very happy that the seller made this call up front, instead of me being disappointed with the bracelet then having to go through the return and refund. Fabulous bread box that was securely and safely packed. So that it would arrive intact, the seller added lots of padding and shipped it in a big box. Some of the best packing that I have seen. The fast shipping was extremely appreciated. Pictures and description were accurate. Â Definitely an outstanding seller !!
