The item, which arrived quickly, was packaged securely in a box with plenty of brown packaging paper, bubble strips, and a foam insert. The telephone is as described and photographed: new and sealed. The seller provided plenty of clear photographs, as well as sending me a couple per my e-mail request. I just set the phone up yesterday, and it works perfectly.
