Shipping was a little slow but not due to the seller. USPS was adjusting their new delivery schedules. Packaging was awesome so well wrapped the possibility of the item being damaged in transit was next to zero. Item was picture perfect as was described in the listing. Wonderful experience. Bag was in better shape than described, no stains or tears. The bag had one missing zipper piece but that was clearly shown in the sellers pictures. Great deal and seller was easy to work with. Shipping was fast and packaging was clean. I absolutely love using this bag with my two children. Can easily hold water bottles, snacks, diapers and more! Love the additional pouch for my things(wallet, keys, chapstick, ext.)

We had an order that was shipped and we are assuming delivered to the wrong address. The seller was very helpful trying to track the shipment and work with the post office. In the end the package never showed up and the seller issued a refund. My experience with this seller was very positive. It was unfortunate the package was lost but there quick responses and ultimately issuing of the refund showed they were good people.
