I have never bought from someone as quick to respond to a message as this seller. Although all items were wrapped in so much protective bubble wrap that it was half the weight of the package (ceramic wine cups) accidents still happen. One was broken and I sent them a picture asking for a partial refund and got it in minutes. Give them your money even if the next seller is a little cheaper. P.S. at the time of this posting they had lowest price.

Item was as described. Price was fair. But packaging not the best. Flimsy and torn through exposing the item. Thankfully it escaped damage in transit….maybe a padded envelope or box would be a better choice next time?
