I received the item folded, in a small envelope. I contacted the seller and said that I was very disappointed with the folded pattern because in the listing the condition was stated as new and with no damage. The seller gave me a full refund and said I could keep the pattern. I believe this was an honest mistake in an attempt to cut shipping costs and I would buy from this seller again.
